Oh my goodness! Look how cute these are!
Christmas is my favorite time in Disney World so I’m excited it’s my first Disney from your Heart entry!
I think I’m going to institute an exclamation point rule. At least every other sentence will have one. Let’s see at the end how I do (insert smile here).
Of course let’s start the Disney Christmas fun with the desserts!
I have wanted to try the Disney Christmas desserts for many years, and this year I did!
That’s the best part…because the 2 I tried were not nearly as tasty as they were adorable.
Bummer!
This is the Let it snow cube - Almond-praline mousse, confit apricot, and orange chiffon
So pretty! But unfortunately that is where the good part ends.
I mean it was okay ish - but it had a very odd texture with the apricot confit. And the cake part at the bottom was very stale. The almond praline mousse was yummy though.
Next up is the Winter Spice Mini Whoopie pie - Spice cake filled with orange buttercream and cranberry-raspberry jam topped with a candied orange peel, cranberry, holiday sprinkles, sweet snow, and a plant-based chocolate tree
This was better, and had good flavors. Again it was served cold which is a major negative. Cold and cake do not mix well - trust me I know - I’m a baker.
Anyways the spice cake was good and the orange buttercream was DELICIOUS! I could have used about double to triple the amount of icing personally (insert smile here). Icing is my favorite part of any cake dessert - always.
You know what’s not a bummer?
These!
How adorable are these? I could just give them a hug they are so cute! These LITERALLY make me happy. A 10 out of 10 on the lovable scale.
Next entry I‘ll share some Disney Christmas shopping treasures.
Ok let’s count the ! (I mean I do profess to be a numbers person).
Wow, I’m surprised - only 9 !
Until next time…

P.S. I had to go back and put an ! in the title because it was just way too sad to not end at 10 !
