February “things”
It’s time for February “things” and lots of fun!
What is all the fun I’m having???…being back at the beach of course. Back where my heart is. Back home. Back to doing what I love ~ Writing and baking for my ministry! I’m just enjoying the bounty of God’s blessings for me.
I’m enjoying feeling grounded and rooted where I’m meant to be. I love the place I’m writing from ~ I have my desk all setup and it just feels so right.
I’ve been on a baking roll lately for Bake from your Heart! I’ve delivered some desserts for the ministry and it just feels so good to be back home doing what I love ~ Sharing God’s goodness thru my baking and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Nothing makes my heart more happy. I thank God for giving me the gift of baking!
And to end…there’s the truth that sets you free…
~ I am a child of God ~ is a critical truth I leaned on during a very difficult time in my life that led me into walking in freedom. And my story is ultimately about freedom. Being free in Jesus Christ as my Savior. Freedom from the lies of the devil. Leaning on the truth of God’s Word. Counting on the very precious promises of God. Believing them over anything else. Having the courage to hang on to God, when you are in a circumstances that make that very difficult. That’s where the Holy Spirit comes in to rescue you. To empower you. To give you strength to follow the truth and let God love you and take care of you.
