Gluten Free Lemon Crumble Bars Recipe

This is one of my most popular Bake from your Heart desserts.
I must say I do agree that they are delicious. Light and fluffy. Very lemony of course :)
What’s funny is I always hated lemon desserts my entire life - until I got to Florida! And now I love lemon baked treasures and will usually choose them over chocolate which is truly unbelievable to me.
Crumbles. Who doesn’t love crumbles? No one. I have never met anyone in 3 years of baking who does not like crumbles!

Tips:
The bar pan really helps in my opinion.
Be careful not to over bake - they are sensitive little things (insert smile here).
You can make these without the crumbles!
I definitely would make the glaze no matter what - they make the lemon bar burst with lemon flavor!
I have been using Crisco Butter to grease my pans for several months and I’m happy with the results.
