March “things”
Spring is in the air for March “things”! Spring brings a sense of renewing and freshness to life, sorta like the new year, but not (insert smile here). The year really comes to life in the Spring ~ things get going ~ get into a groove. I pray God is glorified in my life no matter where His path may lead. Even in just the day by day things. Life isn’t always what I expect, but that is how life works right? Right. Life is full of surprises and I just want to follow God and shine His light and share His goodness and bake and write from my heart ~ and life is good and God is too!
Pretty presentation for my Bake from your Heart desserts is something I put effort into because it matters. Sharing God’s goodness for the ministry is special. I want everyone who is blessed by the ministry to feel cared for and that is also a blessing to me. Seeing someone smile when they see pretty desserts baked for them is joyful.
First, what is Palm Sunday? Palm Sunday is the day Jesus arrived in Jerusalem as the rightful King of the Israelites with great celebration. He came riding on a donkey and the crowd was cheering and laying down palm branches on His pathway. Palm Sunday was filled with hope and anticipation of their future by their promised Messiah. What they didn’t understand is the way God had planned to restore His Kingdom. They saw what they wanted to see and with great joy, but what was coming next would have been unfathomable to anyone. They had in their mind what Jesus was going to do…and yet He did far greater.
So there you have it. March “things”!
