Verses I love
I thought it would be nice to share some verses that speak to my heart!
Ephesians 3:20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.
Infinitely more…that is beautiful to me. It speaks to God’s Mighty power that is above what we could even imagine.
Ephesians 1:18 I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.
Flooded with light…something that sounds so wonderful to happen in my heart. God’s light IS hope and we all need it.
Zephaniah 3:17 “The LORD your God is in your midst,
A victorious warrior.
He will rejoice over you with joy,
He will be quiet in His love,
He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.
Victorious warrior…yes, I need Him fighting for me. I cannot do it on my own. I love that God rejoices over me. That is beautiful to me.
Isaiah 30:15 For thus said the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel,
“In returning and rest you shall be saved;
in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.”
But you were unwilling,
Unwilling…that has been me many times. Surrender is one of the biggest battles in my walk with God. If you are a longtime reader you already know where I’m going…unfortunately many times I love to follow Me.
1 Peter 1:8 Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory,
You love Him…I do. This is beautiful to me and one of my most treasured verses.
1 Corinthians 3:16 But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed.
Turn…seek…find…
